Incoming Numbers The incoming numbers menu in vspPanel is where you add and manage incoming numbers in the system. An incoming number is usually provided to you by a termination provider, these providers will pass an incoming number to vspPanel when it is called, if the incoming number isn't recognised (e.g. hasn't been added to incoming numbers) it will simply be hungup on.
Adding incoming numbers in vspPanel is very simple, simply add each number seperated by a line break (press enter) and then click the add button. All of the numbers will then be added to the system and will be available for allocation through the edit menu of any customers account.
You may also manage numbers by click on the manage icon. This will allow you to view all of the incoming numbers in the system as well as remove them. Please note that if you remove a number from here it will remove it from the users account as well and will constitute a hangup if your termination provider sends a call from this number to you.
