VSPPanel currently requires the following to operate:

• Standard Linux Install (Redhat, Debian, Fedora Etc are fine)
• MySQL 4.x or greater
• PHP 4.x or greater
• PHP-Mycrpt
• PHP-Curl
• Apache 1.x or greater
• If you are running Asterisk on the same server as vspPanel then you will need to have Asterisk 1.4.x installed as well.

Due to the nature of vspPanel you may run Asterisk on a seperate server to the vspPanel software. You may also run your MySQL server on a seperate server. This allows for maximum redundancy as the vspPanel software is not required to be up for Asterisk to run, it is only required for management and billing.
