User Accounts

vspPanel is a multi-user environment, which means that you can have multiple operators / clients on the system at any one time and none of the data in the system will get corrupted.

For the administration interface there are currently 2 types of users. These are:

• Super User: The super user class allows the user to change customer settings and administer clients accounts.
• Administrator: The administrator class allows you to change and administer the vspPanel system including routes, settings and providers.

To add a user to the system, simply click on the "+" symbol with the picture on it at the top of the menu and follow the simple "User Level" / Username / Password options.
